The short version
This website, the one you are reading, sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The StagePath app sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in, and stores a few small preferences in your browser. We use no analytics and no advertising cookies. Because of that we do not show a cookie banner. This page lists everything, and it is checked against the code by an automated test, so it should not drift.
Cookies

This cookie is strictly necessary: without it you could not stay signed in, so it does not need your consent. It is only set when you sign in.
Browser storage
The app also keeps small items in your browser's storage (not cookies). They never leave your device unless we say so below.

Drafting note: the theme and events-page preferences are conveniences you did not directly ask for, so they may need consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations unless they count as strictly necessary. Take advice, then either keep this wording or add a banner. The enquiry-form draft can hold personal data and never expires; a ticket tracks giving it an expiry.
Other companies' services
A few pages load or call a service run by someone else. This is everything the app does, and each one sends that company your IP address because that is how the internet works.

Pages where a venue connects a payment or ticketing service, or where you are sent to pay (Stripe's own checkout), are run by that company and have their own cookies and policies.
Fonts
The app and this website serve their fonts from StagePath itself. Nothing is fetched from Google Fonts or any other font service.
Analytics and consent
We use no analytics. If we add analytics, advertising or any other non-essential cookie later, we will put a consent banner in place first, and update this page before anything is switched on.
