What it does
Eight parts, and every one is live today. They share the same shows, people and dates, so a change in one shows up in the others.
Diary and spaces
Shows and bookings sit in one diary. A show goes from draft to confirmed to on sale. A hire or a rehearsal can be held as provisional until it's agreed.
Each room has its own colour, capacity and tech spec, and a show can use more than one room. Browse by ledger, agenda, poster or calendar, and by a timeline of every room once you have more than one.
Two bookings in the same room at the same time are flagged, with a buffer either side that you set for the venue or for a room. You choose whether a clash is a warning or a hard stop.
A room's rate card turns the hours into a hire quote: hourly, half-day or full-day, whichever is cheapest, rounded up to 15 minutes.

Rota and staff portal
Build a rota from templates tied to doors, the show or curfew. A slot can ask for a role, a label, a certificate or signed-off training.
Staff without an account get a personal link. From it they see upcoming shows, sign up for open shifts, and confirm, decline or withdraw.
You see who hasn't answered. By default an unconfirmed shift gets a nudge by email after 48 hours, and you get an alert when a show is short of staff 14, 7 and 2 days out.
Print a call sheet for one show or a combined sheet for the whole building. Phone numbers only show to the people allowed to see them.

Settlements
Four deal types: straight hire, door split, guarantee versus split, and promoter buyout.
Enter ticket and concession sales and the costs you're recharging: production, hospitality, marketing, staffing, catering, equipment or other. StagePath works out net revenue and what each side is owed, line by line.
A guarantee is a floor and a house cap is a ceiling. The breakdown says when either one applied.
When it's agreed, mark it final to lock the figures. The sheet is stamped with the date and who settled it. Reopening it needs a permission that only some people have.
Print the settlement on one A4 sheet with your venue's name and logo at the top, or save it as a PDF from the print dialog.

Forms
Build a public form for show enquiries or room hire: text, dates and times, choices, an address, file upload, a signature, and questions that only appear when an earlier answer calls for them.
Answers map onto the show or booking. Approving a submission creates it in the diary, after checking for a clash and working out the hire fee from the room's rate card.
A bot check keeps spam out. The people who review submissions get a notification and an email when one arrives.

Tasks
Make a task set for a kind of night: sound check signed off, bar floats counted, fire exits checked. Sets apply themselves to the shows that match, when a show is confirmed, announced, invoiced or paid.
Give a task to a person, to an event role, or to whoever holds a staffing role that night. Staff with only a link can tick theirs off from the portal and leave a note.
Tasks show as due soon and overdue. The person responsible gets an alert, a manager gets an escalation after a number of hours you choose, and a morning email lists what's overdue and due today.

Mailing list
Keep your what's-on list here: contacts, lists and tags, with a record of where each person's consent came from.
Bring an existing list in as a CSV or Excel file. You say whether people agreed, were offered an opt-out as customers, or you're not sure. If you're not sure, they're asked to confirm before you email them.
Write a campaign in a block editor with event cards and event lists from your diary, send a test to yourself, schedule it, and read the report afterwards.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Bounces and complaints are suppressed for you. Each plan has a monthly email allowance.

Training and accreditation
Upload a procedure as a PDF. Staff open it and sign it off. You see who has, who hasn't, and who needs to again after you change it.
Record certificates such as first aid or a personal licence with the date awarded, when they expire, and the evidence. The overview shows what's valid, what's expiring soon and what has expired, and exports to CSV.
Set what each role needs. A shift slot can require a certificate or a sign-off, and the person is checked before they can take it. Staff get a reminder before a certificate runs out.

Documents
Licences, insurance, risk assessments: upload each once, add a review date or an expiry date, and keep every version.
The owner is reminded a month ahead and again on the day, then weekly while it's overdue.
Restrict a document to the people you name. Every view is logged.
Deleted something by mistake? You have 30 days to restore it. Storage counts against your plan's allowance.
