When the trial ends
- You pick a plan when you sign up. Stripe's checkout asks for payment details then.
- For 14 days nothing is charged. When they're up, the plan you chose starts and your card is charged.
- You can change plan before then from the billing page in your venue's settings.
- If a payment doesn't go through, the app shows a banner asking you to update your card. If the subscription is cancelled, it asks you to choose a plan again before you carry on.
Billing questions
Is VAT included?
No. Every price on this page is in pounds and excludes VAT.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing page in your venue's settings and choose “Manage in Stripe”. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your card and manage your subscription.
Can I change plan?
Yes, from the same billing page. Moving up takes effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period.
Can I add more storage or emails?
Yes. Extra storage and extra marketing emails can be added from the billing page once you have a subscription. They are priced in the add-ons table above.
